These general conditions of sale apply automatically to all sales of products concluded between:

Article 1: object

Alaskan Ink Studio, hereinafter referred to as "the seller",

And,

Natural persons having the capacity to contract wishing to make a purchase of one or more items, marketed on the website accessible from the URL https://www.alaskanink.com/

Hereinafter referred to as "the customer".

In accordance with the provisions of Article L 113-3 of the Consumer Code, these general conditions of sale are made known to the customer when placing the order, they can be found on the website Alaskanink.com

Any service performed by the seller implies the unreserved acceptance of the buyer to these general conditions of sale.

Article 2 - Presentation of ebooks and drawing in digital format

The photographs do not enter the contractual field. The seller can not be held liable if errors have occurred.

All the texts, images or art prints presented on the site Alaskanink.com are reserved, for the whole world, under the rights of author and intellectual property; their reproduction, even partial, is strictly forbidden without prior agreement or the sale of a unique reproduction right by the author.

Article 3 - Period of validity of the offers of sale

Brushes and Art prints are offered for sale only in a paid digital format. All the creations presented on Alaskanink.com are available indefinitely; at any time the seller can delete, replace or add a product.

Article 4 - Product prices

The prices of our creations are fixed according to the size, the time of realization and the theme. The amount of VAT is indicated on all our prices.

Brushes and Art prints are only available in digital format at Alaskanink.com

The seller reserves the right to change prices at any time. The proposed rates include rebates and rebates that the seller would have to award based on its results or the assumption by the buyer of certain benefits. No discount will be granted in case of advance payment.

Article 5 - Order

The customer can download the document once he has paid the entire order.

Before payment, the customer can check each element of his order; he can thus correct his possible errors. The seller confirms the order; this information includes all the elements of the order and the right of withdrawal of the customer.

The data recorded by the seller constitutes proof of the nature, content and date of the order.

Article 6 - Terms of payment

In order to confirm his order the customer must make the payment of it by the payment systems made available on the site, Shopify payments or Paypal.

Article 7 - Delivery

Brushes and Art prints are only available in download on the website. No physical product is sold on the site.

Article - Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These general conditions of sale are governed by French law. Any dispute between the seller and the customer resulting from the formation, interpretation or execution of the sales contract will fall, in the absence of an amicable solution, territorially competent courts.
