In this post we would like to share with you some Tattoos we created with our Master Pack Unlimited Flowers & Ornaments for Procreate application compatible for iPad and iPad Pro. 

In our Procreate Pack we included many mandala inspired ornaments. We wanted to trace the origins of these spiritual and sacred designs.
The Mandala is a sacred symbol born from Asian spiritual art. It is a motif filled with symbolism, particularly in Buddhist and Hindu culture. In the land of the rising sun, as well as in Tibet, these majestic geometric shapes represent different parts of the universe. They are symbols of prayer, instruments of meditation and protection.

According to the belief, these shapes filled with circular patterns organized around a single point are a guide in the cosmic process of the universe towards joy and happiness for everyone.

The center of the Mandala is the starting point, the beginning of the contemplation of the divine. From this point, lines and circular patterns arise that symbolize the universe. The outer circle represents life.

In tattoo art these oriental shapes are used in various ways. They can be used as a central element of a tattoo or as a background element of a composition. These sacred ornaments are most often placed on the forearm, upper arm, thigh, shoulder blade or neck.
